PROPHET MUHAMMAD’S LOVE FOR NON MOSLEMS

PROPHET MUHAMMAD’S LOVE FOR NON MOSLEMS
At a corner of Madinah’s traditional market there was a Jew blind beggar. When somebody approached him, he always said “My Brother, never approached Muhammad. He is a crazy man, liar, and shaman. If you come to him, he will influence you”.
Every morning Prophet Muhammad came to the beggar bringing meal and feeding him without a word. He always did it although the beggar never stopped insulting him. It just didn’t happen for the Prophet death.
One day Khalif Abu Bakar visited his daughter A’isyah (Prophet Muhammad’s widow). He asked her, “My Dear, are there my beloved Prophet’s activities I don’t do yet?”. A’isyah answered, “Dear Father, You are the best follower of him. You did every single activity of him but one”. “What is it?” Khalif Abu Bakar asked. “Every morning Prophet Muhammad always came to a corner of the traditional market bringing some meals for a Jew blind beggar there”.
Next morning Khalif Abu Bakar brought some meals and visited the Jew blind beggar. How curious he was for finding the beggar kept insulting Prophet Muhammad with his bad sentences. Why did Prophet Muhammad feed him continually?
Khalif Abu Bakar sat beside the beggar and start putting the meal to his mouth. But the beggar refused and shouted angrily, “Who are you?”
Khalif Abu Bakar answered, “I am a man visits you every morning for giving you meal”. He tried to make sure the beggar that he is the man the beggar wanted. But the beggar didn’t believe because the man he wanted was smoother and more patient to feed him. “No! You are not the man feeds me everyday” said the beggar. “If he comes here I don’t find any trouble to hold and chew the meal. He always feeds me, but first he chews the meal and feeds me with his own mouth”.
Khalif Abu Bakar couldn’t stop his tears for listening Prophet Muhammad nice character. Prophet Muhammad responded the beggar bad words with love. He feed a man kept insulting him by feeding him with an amazing way.
Crying he said to the beggar, “I am not the man feeds you every single day. I am just a friend of his. He won’t come here anymore to give you the meal”.
The beggar suddenly cried and asked, “What’s my mistake until he doesn’t want to visit me? Please tell him my regret in order to he visits me anymore”.
“That great man was died”, Khalif Abu Bakar said. “He had leaved this world and I am his successor. I am Abu Bakar, a friend of Prophet Muhammad. The man feeds you every day was Prophet Muhammad”.
Listening Khalif’s sentences makes the beggar cried more loudly. He was so sorry for it. “Is it true? I always insulted him, but he was never angry to me. Even he visited me every day and feed me with love. He is so noble”. Finally the beggar became a moslem. The honorable character of Prophet Muhammad motivated him to do.
So let’s realize that love often makes everything better. It’s not always easy, but we still have to do. Don’t do it for yourself or for some purposes. Just do it for Allah, because Prophet Muhammad did it. We must be brave to show that Islam is the best. But moslem’s braveness doesn’t mean power or even angry. It means LOVE.
