MY FATHER IS A LIAR

MY FATHER IS A LIAR
I am sure you will say that I am an insolent man. But please understand on me. I just want to tell the truth. Here they are the proofs that my father is really a liar.
The first lie. When I was child, my father had no permanent work. We often hadn’t enough food to eat. But off course my childish mind didn’t understand on it. One day I had meal with my father. I cried. I ask more rice and side dish. Suddenly my father gave his meal to me saying, “Eat it up, My Son. I am not hungry”.
The second lie. One day I saw a kite hanged on a high tree. I asked my father to take it. He refused. But finally my crying forced him climb the tree. He did it. But when he wanted to get down from the tree, he slipped and fell down on the ground. Looking at my worry face, he stood quickly and said, “Don’t worry, My Son. I’ve just tried my new jumping style”.
The third lie. I woke up at 2 am. I found my father cleaned his beloved big radio. He would sale it to the flea market tomorrow morning for my school fee. He yawned for many times. But when we looked each other he said, “Just sleep, My Son. I’m not sleepy”.
The fourth lie. Finally my father got a work. A foreign company gave him sales man as his new carrier. It made my father often went home so late at night. One day my father went home in the night from his company, he found me stretching my feet and back continually. I told him that I was so tired after a football game at my school. Unpredictably my father’s hand touched and massaged my body. I refused for something different with his hand. It’s felt hot. But he said, “I am Superman, My Son. I can’t be tired”.
The fifth lie. Thanks God, I got a work when I still was in a university. On the other side, my father was jobless anymore. The company broke his job for he was too old. How happy I was when I got my first salary. I gave all of it to my father, but he said, “Keep it for your self. I still have enough money in my wallet”.
The sixth lie. My father was lying on his bed, his body was so hot. He coughed for many times. I asked him to go to the doctor, but he didn’t want to go. It made me cried. Unpredictably he gave me a hug and whispered, “I am fine. I just need to take a rest”.
When I typed this article, I was looking at my father sleeping on the chair in the living room. He often slept at there by reading a religion book. Hh…..forgive me, God. Why I’ve just realized that this amazing man is a liar. I love you so much, My Super Father. You are the best superhero ever after in my life.
